This recipe is as simple as ABC! Serves 8. Ready in 30 minutes.

2 1/2 pounds potatoes

1 1/2 pounds Comte cheese

4 free range eggs

14 ounces flour

5 cloves garlic

1 bunch parsley

1 tomato

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Finely grate the raw potatoes in a large bowl. Add the eggs, the flour, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and the grated Comte cheese. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. In a frying pan, gently heat up 2 tablespoonsful of olive oil and 2 oz unsalted butter. put the preparation in the pan and cook each side until golden brown.
