Got any good quality cheese left over from that Dinner Party ? Then let's get cooking! Try grating a good hard cheese and mixing it with a quality dry stuffing as a topping.
Or try crumbling about 150grams of Blue Stilton with 500grams of dry mashed potatoes, a good dollop of crème fraiche, or fromage frais or cream, a little Dijon Mustard and plenty of seasoning. Bake for 20 minutes at about 200 degrees, gas mark 6.
